Considering my work and the real world

During class, I had to explore how my project would influence the real world.

What influence could your project have in the real world?

My project consists of creating a book of the beasts of Greek mythology. My book would influence young students who are studying history or simply wanting to delve deeper into the world of Greek mythology.

Will your project show a point of view or show something that might make people think differently?

As we all know in history books they don't put too much emphasis on the creatures of Greek mythology. My book will only focus on those creatures that the books don't tell about.

How else does your work have influence?

My Project could influence young people curious about Greek mythology or adults looking for a hobby.

Why is it important?

This project focuses on the beasts of Greek mythology that are not currently discussed in the history books of this generation. It is important to preserve mythology or legends for future generations who are curious.

  1. There is quite a lot I don't agree with here! There is a LOT written about Greek Mythology, alongside many, many movies made about the myths and several hundred years worth of Fine Art created on this subject, just to name a few things! How will your project be different from what has come before. What about making your versions of the mythical creatures more up to date, even following on from what you made last term and aim it at Skater culture? Greek mythology for 16-20 years olds, that embraces skateboarding/Graffiti culture would be really interesting and a good follow up on what you made last term.
