Research Film: Clash Of The Titans

 This film shows one of the adventures of the demigod Perseus. In this film, Perseus has to get the head of Medusa in order to save the princess and the city of Argos from the great Kraken monster that hades sent to destroy the civilization of Argos for being unfaithful to the gods.

In this movie, I was able to contemplate 7 beasts and only 6 caught my attention.

1. Djinn


They come from Arab mythology, but the Greeks have a habit of using other beasts from other mythologists and adapting them on their own to take all mythologies into account.
Djinn could be considered the genie of the lamp but the Greeks gave him an image of a desert wizard who is capable of using magic and controlling elements.

2. Graeae


The Graeae are 3 sisters who were born old and who will live forever, who share a single eye and a single tooth, they are considered witches who can solve any doubt because they have great knowledge.

3. Pegasus


Pegasus is a winged horse that can fly through the skies. Pegasus was the first animal to position itself with the gods, it is considered one of the animals of Zeus, Pegasus arose with the beheading of Gorgon Medusa.

4. Charon


Charon was the ferryman who transported the souls of the deceased to the other side of the Acheron River for a coin that the relatives or friends of the deceased left inside the deceased's mouth.

5. Medusa


Medusa was a precious woman who was cursed by the goddess Athena for being an impure woman. The goddess Athena cursed him with the transformation of a half-human and a half-snake and with snake hair and so that no one would fixate on her beauty, every person who looks her face would be transformed in stone.

6. Kraken


The Kraken is considered the deadliest water beast in Greek history. Kraken into a squid or octopus that sinks ships and devours sailors. In this movie, he was depicted with the Ceto appearance with torso and arms and with several legs.
